Wayne Jackson , B.ED., MIL.
Wayne has been an educator for the last 25 years and has spent time in the classroom as a language instructor, high school teacher and an adult literacy instructor. For 20 years he has been involved with the Cree language and culture, so far as working with Alberta Education in both curriculum and resource development. Currently Wayne is one of the indigenous language instructors at University nuhelot’įne thaiyots’į nistameyimâkanak Blue Quills (UnBQ) and has been with UnBQ since 2012.
Besides working with language & education, his hobbies include: music, singing, songwriting, reading, and volunteering in fund raising efforts amongst the many other things he does.
